Product Update: Bug Fixes and Reliability Improvements

Tom Morton

We have been heads-down over the past few weeks squashing bugs and hardening Flarepipe, and we want to be open about what we found and fixed. Being early on Cloudflare’s new email infrastructure means we sometimes hit rough edges before our users do, and when we don’t, your feedback helps us catch them fast.

First-time setup now works the first time

Some new users were seeing a “Please fill out all API Configuration fields” error during the setup wizard, even when every field was filled in correctly. This was a mistake on our side in how the wizard read your Cloudflare Account ID and API Token, not anything wrong with your credentials. Setup now saves cleanly and gets you sending in a couple of minutes.

More reliable email delivery

We gave the core sending pipeline a thorough overhaul to match how Cloudflare’s Email Service actually works today. Queued emails, retries, and manual resends now use the correct, current Cloudflare endpoints, so your transactional emails go out reliably.

We also added an instant fallback: if the queue is ever busy or unavailable, Flarepipe sends the message directly instead of waiting. In practice that means password resets, WooCommerce receipts, and order notifications reach your customers right away rather than sitting in a queue.

One-click updates are fixed

If you are on a Pro plan, the automatic updater had a few issues that could cause an update to fail to install. We tracked down and fixed all of them, and one-click updates from your WordPress dashboard now work end to end. The fixes are included in Pro version 1.2.1, so once you are on that version you are all set going forward.

Account login loop resolved

A handful of customers were getting stuck in a redirect loop right after entering their one-time login code on our website. You would enter the correct code and get bounced straight back to the login screen. This is fixed. Logging in to your account and dashboard is smooth again.

Licenses validating reliably

We fixed an issue on our end that could cause license checks to fail behind the scenes. License activation and validation now run reliably, so your premium features stay active without interruption.

Support assistant back online

The AI assistant on our website had gone quiet after an underlying model was retired. We have migrated it to current models, and it is back up and ready to answer your questions.

Thank you

A lot of these were caught thanks to Founders Club members and early users telling us when something felt off. That feedback is exactly what makes the product better, so please keep it coming. If you run into anything, reach out and we will jump on it.
